What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and monitor engineering, design, and construction teams for high voltage (HV) and extra-high voltage (EHV) electrical substation projects
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk management, and compliance documentation
- Develop project proposals, including cost estimates and execution strategies for utility-scale power delivery projects
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any emergent issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Power Systems, Civil), Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in project management for HV/EHV electrical substation or utility-scale power delivery projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle within the A/E/C industry
- Effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Engineering
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
