What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards
- Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms (ACH, SWIFT, Wire Transfers, ISO 20022)
- Assist in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and validate payment workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, specifically in the Payments domain
- Strong understanding of payment processing, clearing, and settlement systems
- Experience with documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases
- Ability to conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with payment regulations and industry standards
- Experience in testing activities (UAT, SIT) within payment systems
- Previous experience acting as a subject matter expert for payment systems
- Knowledge of integration with ACH, SWIFT, and Wire Transfers
