What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant, maintaining high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve goals and enhance guest experience
- Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
