      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule and coordinate hearing, vision, and oral health screenings for children
      - Maintain and update health data in the data management system for clients served
      - Generate monthly reports on services provided and scheduled for the sites
      - Collaborate with health professionals to ensure accurate documentation of children's health requirements
      - Organize and coordinate training sessions for staff and parents on health needs of children under five

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in public health, social services, or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Demonstrated experience with database management required; experience maintaining health data is a plus
      - Minimum of one year experience working with children preferred
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
      - Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and daily access to reliable transportation required

      - Experience in a health-related field or with health data management
      - Familiarity with early childhood education programs
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively with a team
      - Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support roles
