What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver growth for your designated portfolio of home care customers by driving conversion of referrals
- Build and nurture relationships with home care customers to increase retention and satisfaction
- Drive quick ramp-up of new home care customers and enhance their effectiveness in converting referrals
- Implement strategies to drive client activations and improve conversion rates
- Conduct regular reviews of referrals and results, educating customers on value and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years of sales/account management experience
- Demonstrated experience in the senior care industry or relevant experience
- Proven problem-solving abilities in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting and servicing a broad portfolio of indirect channel partners
- Ability to independently organize work, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel and attend various conferences as needed
