What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use software scheduling programs to efficiently manage the complex week-to-week calendar for caregivers
- Coordinate care services, ensuring the needs of all clients are met
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure smooth and effective care management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Handle client concerns or issues with professionalism and empathy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in care coordination or scheduling is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software and systems
- Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve
