      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and facilitate engaging educational programs for home therapy teams and other organizational members
      - Identify, train, and support preceptor candidates to enhance mentorship within the organization
      - Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted educational interventions based on learning gaps
      - Champion standardized curricula to ensure quality in patient training across home therapies
      - Partner with quality teams to implement best practices that enhance patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current RN license in the applicable state; multi-state compact license preferred
      - CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
      - Minimum of 5 years dialysis experience, including at least 3 years in home therapies
      - Proven skills in presentation, facilitation, and webinar delivery
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and required applications within 90 days

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Nursing
      - Experience in adult education
      - CNN or CDN certification
      - Strong leadership and multi-project management abilities
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
