What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the safe and compliant delivery of home-based renal therapies
- Monitor clinical performance and patient outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with quality teams and clinical experts to implement best practices
- Support education and competency development for clinical team members
- Maintain updated patient education materials related to home modalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current RN license in the applicable state; multi-state compact license preferred
- CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
- Minimum of 5 years dialysis experience, including at least 3 years in home therapies
- Proven skills in presentation, facilitation, and webinar delivery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn USRC applications within 90 days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in adult education
- CNN or CDN certification
- Strong leadership, coaching, and multi-project management abilities
