What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a functional and/or technical expert for the Homecare Homebase platform
- Support HCHB implementations, upgrades, and optimizations in home health and hospice environments
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configuration and workflow design
- Provide end-user training, workflow guidance, and go-live support
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HCHB support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with the Homecare Homebase platform
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, including CMS and Medicare regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
- Ability to provide end-user training and support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in home health or hospice environments
- Familiarity with data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities
- Background in healthcare IT consulting or project management
