What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, investigate, and respond to inquiries from field agency personnel regarding payment and processing of facility invoices
- Verify the accuracy of invoices before processing and submitting them to Accounts Payable
- Research and resolve variances between invoicing and the HCHB system
- Track and monitor facility invoicing to ensure timely payment processing
- Resolve customer requests and inquiries in a respectful and efficient manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
- Medical billing/collections experience required
- Clerical or business office experience required
- Accounting/Accounts Payable experience required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hospice billing/collections
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
