What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and communicate strategies that promote awareness of hospice philosophy in the territory
- Conduct in-services on hospice services for physicians, civic groups, churches, nursing homes, and other appropriate organizations
- Utilize required technology daily, including email, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Maintain a high call average per week while demonstrating strong follow-up skills
- Identify potential partners for contract negotiation and consistently attain or exceed sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Progressive sales/marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated commitment to the hospice philosophy of care
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to successfully pass background checks and drug screenings
- Valid state driver's license and auto liability insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in building relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of patient/family status
- Experience in conducting competitive analysis and market research
