What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Call on healthcare professionals across various medical subspecialties, including physicians and pharmacists
- Communicate complex clinical information effectively in real-time situations
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and capitalize on high ROI opportunities
- Manage territory-specific information through a CRM system while achieving sales and profit goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals while managing a territory
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to articulate complex clinical messages
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Buy and Bill & Injectable products
- Oncology sales experience
- Familiarity with Hospital Sales/Account Based Selling and the P&T/Formulary process
- Knowledge of local and regional health systems
