What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Engage with healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties, including physicians and pharmacists
- Communicate complex clinical information effectively in real-time situations
- Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and capitalize on high ROI opportunities
- Manage and track territory-specific information using a CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales
- Proven ability to work independently while managing key account relationships
- Documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Buy and Bill & Injectable products
- Oncology sales experience
- Familiarity with hospital sales/account-based selling and P&T/Formulary processes
- Knowledge of local/regional health systems
