What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and research potential new luxury boutique hotels
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing hotel clients
- Assist in negotiating contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Monitor post-contract implementation to ensure compliance with agreements
- Prepare and present high-quality presentations and reports to senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven work ethic with the ability to manage significant workloads
- Ability to travel when deemed essential
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel) and G-Suite (Google Slides and Sheets)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Track record of excellence, such as early promotions or recognized achievements
- Experience or education in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in one or more languages: French, Italian, or Spanish
- 1-3 years of post-undergrad professional experience
