What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across all communication channels, delivering personalized service
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to analyze customer feedback and trends
- Represent the employer's brand with consistency and integrity in every interaction
- Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Educate customers about wines and the employer's sourcing philosophy in an approachable manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-caliber hospitality environment (Michelin-starred restaurant, luxury hotel, fine wine retail, or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of wine production, regions, and food pairing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes across multiple communication channels
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or luxury hospitality setting
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- A proactive approach to identifying and suggesting operational improvements
- Passion for wine and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
