      Who you are:
      Join the dynamic and growing CIEE Host Relations team! We are seeking individuals that thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring a superior level of attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills including written and verbal communication. The Host Relations Team is a part of the Seasonal Exchanges Department supporting seasonal American businesses (host employers) and camps to bring thousands of international BridgeUSA participants to the U.S. each year. This position focuses on ensuring participants’ job placements with U.S. host employers meet CIEE standards and government regulatory requirements resulting in high quality exchange programs.
      The primary responsibility of the Host Relations Coordinator is to process participants’ job applications and conduct a review of U.S. host employers hosting CIEE participants on the BridgeUSA Visa Summer Work Travel program. This includes data entry of job applications, online research and verification of host employers, conducting phone interviews with host employers, and collecting required compliance documentation. The Host Relations Coordinator works closely with other teammates on the Host Relations Team and other departments to ensure timely approval of job applications and CIEE’s compliance with government regulations. All applicants should be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills.

      What you’ll do :
      • Review of placement details to ensure that they meet CIEE program policies and U.S. Department of State regulations
      • Perform high-volume data entry to update and maintain accurate information in CIEE employer database
      • Call U.S. host employers to conduct a vetting interview, evaluate host employers for placement suitability, and collect required documentation
      • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from host employers and other CIEEdepartments
      • Respond to job application status inquiries from U.S. host employers, international stakeholders, and other CIEE departments
      • Work closely with other CIEE departments to verify job information and status of participants by international representatives
      • Become an expert in the BridgeUSA Summer Work Travel and Camp program regulations to assist with government compliance efforts
      • Run reports from CIEE database and analyze data in Excel
      • Assist the Seasonal Exchanges Team with special projects and other tasks as necessary, including, but not limited to conducting participant hiring interviews and assisting with other teams in time-sensitive projects
      • Other duties as assigned
