      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct profitability assessments of preferred hotel suppliers to identify opportunities for earnings enhancement
      - Monitor key metrics such as spend trends and rate compliance to evaluate supplier effectiveness
      - Design and distribute reporting packages that assess hotel contract performance and competitiveness
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable tools and dashboards
      - Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in a business analysis role within a multi-unit hotel or travel management company (TMC) environment
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Proficiency with MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros
      - Basic SQL skills
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
