What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee multiple hotel properties in Nebraska and Iowa
- Administer and control revenue and budget for the district

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' hands-on Hotel General Manager experience REQUIRED, extended stay preferred
- 1+ years' experience in marketing, outside sales, and/or business development
- Proven team development and leadership background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
