Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of Hotel Manager, Executive Committee or equivalent experience at a full-service hotel with 500+ rooms
- Experience managing $125M or greater in revenue
- Resort property experience inclusive of resort programs, recreational activities and spa
- Results-oriented and thoughtful leadership, with proven success in driving engagement and a demonstrated track record in recruiting energizing, guiding, motivating, and managing a highly skilled team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Luxury experience
- Union partnership experience
- Exceptional people leadership skills coupled with strong communication and business/financial acumen

What will I be doing?
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Grand Wailea while providing leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. They will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotels to ensure it achieves and exceeds its financial goals and guest satisfaction targets, while keeping a high-level employee engagement and community involvement.The Hotel Manager serves as top operator in the GM's absence, oversees the activities of key guest contact departments including hotel operations and food and beverage and consults with owners and corporate offices, as required. Responsible for maximizing profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. They will also consult with owners and corporate offices, interview, counsel and evaluate staff, as required.
