      About the Role

      We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic ‘hands on’ opportunity for an experienced Manager with proven operational knowledge and experience as well as the ability to effectively interact with and service guests.

      How You’ll Shine

      To be successful in this role, you will have:

      • You will be a Customer Experience superstar with a passion for creating personalised and memorable holiday experiences for our Club owners and guests through meaningful conversations
      • Proven experience in leading and engaging a driven team to provide an optimal Customer Experience in a resort environment
      • Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including Front Office, Maintenance & Food and Beverage.
      • Ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Body Corporate
      • Proven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results
      • Eye for detail and an analytical mind
      • Strong financial acumen and management skills
      • Make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently
      • Face to Face Lead Generation
      • Effective leadership, organisational and interpersonal communication skills
      • An open door policy with the ability to train, coach, counsel and develop employees
