- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience working in a luxury hotel or resort
- Experience with revenue management and budgeting
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Certification in hotel management or related field
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure that the hotel is operating efficiently and profitably
- Maintain high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be expected to lead and manage a team of staff, maintain high levels of customer service, and ensure that the hotel is operating efficiently and profitably. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
