      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct crisis screenings over the phone for individuals seeking shelter or resources related to domestic violence
      - Provide emotional support, crisis intervention, advocacy, and safety planning to callers
      - Collaborate with community agencies to ensure comprehensive services for callers
      - Document all calls and maintain strict confidentiality while adhering to agency policies
      - Attend virtual supervision and training sessions, and maintain communication with the Hotline Program Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a resident of Northern Virginia (NOVA)
      - Reliable and stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
      - Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience working with victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, or human trafficking
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, along with active listening abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with clients who have suffered trauma, specifically in domestic violence or child abuse fields
      - Background in call center environments handling crisis situations
      - Familiarity with trauma-informed care as it relates to domestic violence
      - Experience working with diverse populations
