      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Housing Development Director in defining and managing real estate projects that align with strategic goals
      - Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders
      - Manage real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
      - Analyze development opportunity sites for new construction and renovation projects
      - Negotiate and obtain project financing, including grants and loans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of experience in affordable housing development
      - Bachelor's degree in real estate development, urban planning, business, or a related field preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with affordable housing financing tools and compliance requirements
      - Experience in contract negotiation and management
      - Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing affordable housing
      - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under deadline pressure
