      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in managing and overseeing various rental assistance programs, including BRAP and PSHP
      - Collaborate with state and federal stakeholders to support policy changes and program development
      - Review and approve financial allocations and monthly billing for clients
      - Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and accountability
      - Secure resources and assist with grant applications related to housing and homelessness support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A minimum of eight (8) years of education and/or professional experience in social services, with at least one (1) year in housing or grant program management
      - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective collaborative relationships with stakeholders
      - Experience working with rental assistance and housing programs, detailing specific programs managed
      - Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and urgent requests
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with federal HUD and CoC grant processes
      - Knowledge of behavioral health systems and community resources
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting related to housing programs
      - Experience in policy advocacy or community outreach related to housing and homelessness
