      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the training helpdesk by triaging, filtering, prioritizing requests, and providing timely responses
      - Perform various administrative tasks within the learning management system (LMS)
      - Oversee logistics for established training programs
      - Facilitate and deliver established training sessions
      - Review content and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
      - Must be a resident of the State of Tennessee or become a resident within six months of employment
      - Effective written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs
      - Critical thinking skills to provide and receive constructive feedback

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a learning development, training, or teaching role (development, facilitation, delivery, and/or support)
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Experience working on the administrative side of learning management systems (e.g., Oracle, 365, Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Google Classroom, Cornerstone, etc.)
      - Experience with public speaking (training delivery, classroom instruction, theater performance, presentation delivery, etc.)
      - Experience managing administrative processes
