      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage SBA Hubzone Program compliance initiatives and conduct internal audits
      - Maintain a prioritized candidate pipeline for Hubzone positions and develop relationships with candidates
      - Conduct monthly internal audits to verify compliance and accuracy of records
      - Lead recruiting efforts for interns and part-time employees, screening candidates and making hiring recommendations
      - Assist with additional HR duties, including onboarding and corporate events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in HR administration, compliance, or recruiting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting
      - Familiarity with SBA Hubzone program regulations and compliance requirements
      - Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a Hubzone area or with small business certifications
      - Proactive approach to communication and team collaboration
      - Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and apply critical thinking skills
