What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general HR support by addressing employee inquiries and maintaining accurate records

- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources with a focus on HR administration
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Paylocity, Employee Navigator, and DocuSign or similar databases and systems
