      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct Zoom interviews and assist in the candidate selection process
      - Filter and evaluate qualified candidates based on established criteria
      - Maintain accurate records of applicants and ensure proper documentation is organized
      - Manage and organize documentation received through various channels, ensuring compliance with company policies
      - Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is required
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Proficient in Google Drive and familiar with document management tools
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
      - Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is preferred

      - Familiarity with document management tools and electronic signature platforms
      - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish
      - Experience in a remote working environment
