      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues and enhancements
      - Conduct analyses to determine the root cause of problems and implement appropriate solutions
      - Create and manage processes to support HR data integrity and accuracy
      - Lead testing phases to ensure system configurations meet specified requirements
      - Analyze HR data to identify trends and generate reports for HR leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 3 years of experience working with an HRIS as a super user or in a functional administrative capacity
      - Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating HR business process design and gathering business requirements
      - Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a Shared Services organization
      - Minimum 1 year of experience creating test cases and leading various phases of testing
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR Development or Computer and Information Science preferred

      - Experience with Workday or ServiceNow
      - Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
      - Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in using MS Excel for data analysis and visualization
      - Excellent rapport and relationship-building skills
