      HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager

      Permanent contract / Lausanne, Switzerland

      You have a minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment in Switzerland. You preferably also have a minimum 5 years of solid internal recruiting experience; previous experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plans. You have a Brevet federal in Human Resources, an equivalent HR qualification or a University degree. You have a strong business acumen with the ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structure. You are able to build trusted relationships with business partners and executive management, inspire others, promote accountability and client-oriented thinking. You are able to influence outcomes, and provide thoughtful and business-focused recommendations. You have experience in a fast-pace competitive industry. You have proven experience managing recruitment KPI’s (time to fill…). You are able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels, and with little direction or supervision. You have strong negotiation and presentation skills and outstanding attention to detail. You are autonomous, able to multi-task and work in a cross functional way. You have a good knowledge of Swiss employment law. You are fluent in French and English. You have outstanding client-orientation and service skills. You are eligible to work in Switzerland.

      As HR Business Partner for the Headquarters of the Sommet Education group and for HR, IT & Finance, you will serve as a liaison between upper management, HR department and employees to develop, enact and monitor HR initiatives and programs across business lines.

      You will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives as well as the culture of the organization.

      As HR Business Partner for HR, you will be responsible to maintain a good level of communication among the HR Community within the Group.

      As a communication agent, you will act as a key person to animate the head office, making sure that everyone feels comfortable and part of a whole. You will lead or supervise the various events and the office management area.

      You will manage the HR Officer.

      As HR Business Partner, your main missions will be:

      - Advising Line Managers on Swiss labour law, internal policies and processes
      - Providing guidance and proactive support to Line Managers to deal with Employee relations issues as well as preparing and conducting meetings as appropriate
      - Advising Line Managers on organizational capabilities and promote talent development and performance management
      - Reporting specific issues to the CPO and recommending further actions and improvements to the organisation

      Recruitment

      - Manage the sourcing, interviewing, selection, negotiation, offer, closing and administrative process involved in recruiting for the operational scope

      Talent management

      - Managing performance review process
      - Analysing performance reviews and providing guidance to line managers for follow-up cases
      - Identify training and development needs and recommend programs
      - Management of Talent Review annual process
      - Identify potential talents internally and externally

      HR Processes

      - Drive salary review process for relevant groups
      - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and processes
      - Identifying needs and/or opportunities for HR processes in terms of improvements or changes and developing proposals
      - Providing guidance to line management regarding employee remuneration, budget data, merit process, bonus allocation and salary grid review

      HR day to day

      - Ensuring legal compliancy of employment contracts, HR letters and certificates of employment, both in French and English
      - Advising Employees on HR related issues
      - Managing & delegating defined tasks to the HR Officer and ensuring quality before delivery

      HR Projects

      - Due to the proximity with the Chief People Officer, manage transversal HR Projects

      Office Management

      - Being responsible for the HR Officer, ensure he/she is performing his/her duties of Office Management
      - Liaise with building owners about ongoing work in building and dispatch information to HQ Staff
      - Ensuring good relations with our partners (cleaning company, post office, fruit delivery, etc...)

      As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment processes and strategies for the Group. Your main missions will be:

      - To implement the best recruitment service offer for internal clients (HR BPs and Line Managers): career site, job boards, ATS, new features, trainings. To ensure that the internal clients’ needs analysis can be performed, to measure the efficiency of the services offer, to develop the offer in a continuous improvement approach

      - Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates. Sourcing tools include but are not limited to: LinkedIn, job boards and diversity-oriented sites

      - Represent the company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.

      - Manage and optimize suppliers’ relationships (media and recruitment agencies)

      - Collaborate with HRBPs to insure employment practices continue to position the company as a competitive employer

      - Collaborate with HRBPs to instil, to ensure and to challenge a "client-centric", service-oriented approach to talent acquisition (internal client needs analysis)

      - Act as talent acquisition subject matter expert through full cycle recruitment along with the development and implementation of comprehensive recruitment plans.
