What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of employee inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Address leave, disability, and HR-related questions primarily via phone, chat, and email
- Build trust through empathetic interactions while adapting case management to individual needs
- Respond to issues during leave events and ensure appropriate documentation and communication
- Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and enhance HR policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Customer service experience, particularly in phone and chat support
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Capability to manage confidential employee information in compliance with data privacy standards
- Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced environment managing customer inquiries
- Research skills to effectively find information and answers
- Ability to adjust to changing workloads and manage multiple contacts
