What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound HR-related phone calls, providing exceptional employee support
- Address a variety of HR topics including onboarding, employee relations, and policy inquiries
- Resolve cases using ServiceNow and other internal systems
- Apply critical thinking to navigate complex inquiries while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or contact center environments
- At least 2 years of experience solving problems in fast-paced settings
- 1+ year of experience contributing to process improvements or continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an HR contact center or shared services environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for case management
- General HR knowledge or background
