What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary owner of HR data for generating actionable insights
- Drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights
- Develop and deliver analytics across various stakeholders
- Utilize internal and external data to identify HR opportunities and develop dashboards
- Lead the HR function in partnership with COEs to make data-driven business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years in analytics-related work
- 3+ years in HR-related field strongly preferred
- Proficient in business intelligence and analytics platforms
- Passion for telling stories through data and manipulating large data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related field
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Workday, PRISM
- Proven thought-leadership in interpreting and communicating analytical content
- Highly engaged, organized, self-starter with strong analytic and technical skills
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions
