      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities:

      1. Recruitment & Onboarding

      • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media.

      • Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.

      • Conduct reference checks and support offer rollout.

      • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and induction programs.

      2. HR Operations

      • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.

      • Prepare HR-related letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.).

      • Track employee attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll for accurate inputs.

      3. Employee Engagement

      • Support in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

      • Assist with organizing team-building activities and company events.

      • Collect and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.

      Qualifications

      Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

      • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role.

      • Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

      • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
