      DHL Express Singapore is looking for a HR Executive as part of the high-performing team, responsible for the provision of high-quality HR services to the appointed stakeholder groups.

      Role Purpose

      Reporting to the Business HR Manager, you will be part of the high performing team, responsible for the provision of high quality end-to-end HR services to the appointed stakeholder groups, in this case, the Global Head Office (GHO) stakeholders.

      Your Tasks

      • Full spectrum of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, HR advisory, employee relations, exit management, HR operations).
      • Responsible for daily operational tasks such as onboarding support, work passes applications/ renewals/ cancellations, maintenance of employee p-files, training records and grants management, annual performance cycle tasks, off-boarding arrangements etc.
      • Manage HR outsourcing partnerships with HR Shared Services and be the main point of contact relating to payroll, leave administration, employee data administration matters.
      • Drive high quality recruitment (both permanent and internship positions) in a fast-paced environment.
      • Communicate and advise employees on HR guidelines and policies. This may come in form of one-to-one communication or group presentation sessions.
      • Support in various audit projects (internal and external).
      • Act as a main point of contact with DHL benefits vendors including Insurance and Flex Benefits vendors on claims submission and resolve issues that are being escalated to Business HR.
      • Drive completion of mandatory e-learning modules and annual performance cycle tasks.
      • Undertake any HR projects as assigned from time-to-time

      This role will be based in the Global Head Office located at Aperia Tower 2 (walking distance from Lavender MRT).

      Your Profile

      To be successful in this role, ideally you would have:

      • Diploma in Human Resources, Business or equivalent preferred
      • Preferably with 2 years or more relevant HR experience
      • Open to work with all levels of stakeholder groups
      • Team-player, proactive and possess a positive work attitude
      • Demonstrate good spoken and written communication skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and IT Savvy
