What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expert guidance to employees navigating various leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Administer FMLA, state-specific leaves, and other time-off programs while tracking leave balances and documentation
- Collaborate to implement strategies for efficient reporting and analytics processes related to absence management
- Visualize data and build dashboards to identify insights and trends impacting absence management decisions
- Independently research and resolve escalated leave of absence cases, acting as a point of contact for specialized LOA teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in absence management or leave of absence programs
