      This role requires a proactive, versatile, and diverse HR Generalist who has experience working collaboratively across the organisation, delivering the full spectrum of HR support within a fast paced, dynamic environment. The HR Manager will lead the HR Team to deliver a strategic and commercially focused HR service across the organisation.

      Main duties of the job

      The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing all people related policies and processes ensuring compliance with employment law and ensuring that the planning of all HR related activities best meet the needs of a growing organisation. The role will require the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels within the organisation and be experienced in influencing and engaging at a senior level. The role will also be responsible for providing reports on a monthly basis in order to provide accurate information to the Board, using this information to influence HR strategy and initiatives.

      • Partnering with Managers across the organisation to support them with the smooth running of their teams.
      • Manage the HR team to develop each team member to realise their full potential through one-to-one sessions and appraisals.
