- Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and supporting a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluation systems to ensure high productivity and alignment with company culture.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and maintain HR policies in compliance with U.S. labor laws and industry best practices.
- Talent Acquisition (Up to 20% of the role initially): Drive end-to-end recruitment efforts to grow our U.S. teams across all departments.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and career development processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits programs, and total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Training & Development: Assess employee development needs and implement training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Employee Experience & Wellness: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.
- HR Data & Analytics: Provide management with insights and decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
- 4+ years of HR experience from a tech company located in the U.S, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in management coaching, including working with mid-management and senior management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with payroll and benefit management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

The Role
As an HR Manager, you will be a key part of Zencity’s People team, leading HR strategy and operations for our U.S. site while reporting to the S.VP of HR, based in Israel.
Your role will span the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and compliance with U.S. labor laws. You will play a crucial role in fostering a strong company culture and ensuring that our teams are engaged, motivated, and supported in their growth.
