      As an HR Manager in Partner Services, you'll be partnering, coaching and supporting regional Director level leaders and their team to drive the People agenda within their team. In this role you will strive for business performance & wellbeing of the teams with your business leaders and support solving for country and/or region specific nuances. Leading high-pace change, identifying and developing key talent and coaching leaders to build high performing teams is your driver to success.       This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data analysis and exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

      As a People Manager of a team of HR Business Partners, you will enhance team capabilities, optimize resource allocation to support deliverables, mentor, coach, and develop team members, proactively manage performance and foster individual success while ensuring a dynamic, high-performing HR team.

      Reporting directly into the EMEA HR Director, the role will support leaders and employees in Southern Europe and Middle East and Africa region (SEMEA).

      B.responsible

      • Act as a strategic partner for assigned functional leaders (Regional and/or Central Commercial Directors) in the EMEA region and collaborate with them to translate business goals into organization strategies and people priorities. Significant experience in building strong and trusted partnerships with senior business leaders and people teams both at regional and HQ levels is required
      • Facilitate the end-to-end execution and adoption of critical People initiatives within the organizations and ensure a consistent and cohesive employee experience across your regional remit.
      • Working in a heavily matrixed environment, you are capable of navigating complexities, crafting and deploying customized solutions to address People-related challenges in collaboration with relevant Centers of Excellence (COEs) and People Services and Systems (PSS) teams.
      • Have strong organization design capability to effectively tailor organizational structures to best align with the specific demands of our business, regional, and local needs
      • Be a culture carrier and change ambassador with your business leaders
      • Drive talent management programs focused on enhancing leadership and management capabilities, increasing talent density, and promoting diversity and inclusion.
      • Organization Health: evaluate employee sentiment and provide guidance and coaching to people leaders to improve overall team effectiveness and organizational health.
      • Act as a driving force behind organizational/team performance and effectiveness
      • Use people analytics and insights that help to drive our business to the next level
      • Support your business leaders in managing employee/employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, leaves of absences, etc., in partnership with the Employment Legal and your HRBP team.
      • Lead & continuously develop a team of HRBPs/HRGs to provide business partnering support to the (sub) region/function.

      B.skilled

      • 5-8 years of HR management experience, including strategic HR planning and talent management
      • Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience fostering collaboration and driving change
      • People-First Mindset: Prior experience in People Management is non-negotiable; your leadership skills and ability to nurture talent are essential
      • Strategic Problem Solver: Embrace a proactive, calculated approach to problem-solving, using data-driven insights and recommendations to proactively address challenges. Take initiative and display adeptness in self-prioritization
      • Change Catalyst: Thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment, and confidently guide your stakeholders through these shifts, ensuring a smooth transition
      • Previous experience in a commercial, international setting is a strong asset, reflecting your adaptability and cultural awareness on the global stage
      • Dutch Labor Law experience is preferred
      • Fluent in English
