  Position: HR Manager

  Location: Pune

  Your contributions to organisation's growth:

  Organizational Design & Development

  • Challenges the organizational structure, proposes improvements and ensures smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies to address challenges in the specific domains.

  Performance & Talent Management:

  • Ensures Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals. Lead talent review/calibration to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed. Support in the implementation of succession planning / talent management plans that support business goals.

  Engagement & Leadership Development:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and their managers through an environment that fosters communication and cooperation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that supports productivity, empowerment, feedback and recognition.

  Employee Engagement and communication

  • Collaborate within local and global teams to ensure initiatives and projects are designed and implemented that enhance the HR contribution to the business. Support the build-up of infrastructure in India in line with business needs.

  Talent Development

  • Formulate and implement policies for impactful development of talents. Proactively work with stakeholders to understand short and long term talent development needs and work out strategy to meet those needs.

  Expertise you have to bring in along with;

  • Masters in Business Management /Post Diploma in Business Management in HR
  • Experience of 10-15 years as Human Resource Business Partner domain
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills
  • HR experience in multinational companies with interactions with global stakeholders
  • Experience in using Success Factors, including its Learning Management System, will be an added advantage
