The Human Resources supports Kemira’s strategy and business objectives by developing the organization and people processes, driving leadership and talent development, and by providing efficient HR services to the business. We are now looking for an HR Manager to our Scandinavia team, with overall HR responsibility of Sweden and Denmark. In Sweden the organization includes one of the Kemira’s biggest manufacturing sites in Helsingborg, and commercial and function organizations, and in Denmark small commercial organization. The role requires a strong understanding of how a manufacturing environment works and a curiosity to develop world-class HR in a global company environment. You are primarily based in Helsingborg with flexible working opportunities.
Your main responsibilities:
• Manage and develop all HR topics in Sweden and lead work of small team of HR professionals• Manage continuous collaboration with employee representatives and other stakeholders related to employment and labor relations
• Support people managers in interpreting and consistently applying law, policies and processes• Support and coach people managers in all HR related topics across the employee life cycle to deliver strong employee experience.
• Plan and develop HR services including ownership of the cost management
• Implement local and global HR initiatives and processes and contribute to global development initiatives
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Experience in managing employee relations and strong understanding of Swedish employment related legislation, regulations and practices
• Strong knowledge of people processes and digital HR solutions
• Strong problem solving skills, time management and ability to adapt quickly and learn with a growth mindset
• Strong stakeholder management with local and global management and other key stakeholders.
• Curiosity and drive to develop HR for the future in a global organization
• Academic degree and relevant HR experience
