OverviewJob Title: HR Manager
Employer: PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC
Location: 6300 Arizona Circle, Los Angeles, CA 90045
ResponsibilitiesDuties: Manage Human Resource functions for the West Division Food Service work group. Manage the HR support for three (3) division, Food Service, Marketing and Finance teams, and uniquely support the Vice Presidents situated in these divisions. Lead HR Talent & Performance strategy for respective Functions. Strategically lead and fully execute key HR initiatives that support PepsiCo vision. Partner with Senior Business Leaders on strategic HR initiatives as the HR Lead, bringing them along on the journey, gaining trust and executing to benefit their organizations. Partner cross-functionally within HR (with Talent Management, Total Reward, Talent Acquisition etc) to strategize initiatives, create materials and craft communications and execution plans. Guide leaders and frontline employees regarding company policies, values, HR program administration (benefits, pay and salary) and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are executed consistently across the site. Partner with Legal counsel on HR activities and investigations to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. Partner with leadership teams on performance management to develop pipeline and succession plans. Diagnose organization issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans.
*Telecommuting permitted 50%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the PepsiCo Beverage Sales, LLC. office in Los Angeles, CA.
*10% domestic travel required.

QualificationsJob Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Communications or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related roles. Must have five (5) years experience in: Core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, training, and HR analytics) in a major FMCG or CPG organization; Presenting to all levels within an organization; Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines; and Gathering data and feedback and pulling key insights from the organization to relay to Leadership to inform strategy. Must have three (3) years experience in: Designing and executing staffing strategies for exempt/nonexempt hiring needs; and Proven ability to deliver coaching, feedback and guidance in performance management, leadership development, and career growth/development.
Salary: $99,590 - $150,000 per year
