What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a variety of administrative day to day tasks to support business operations
- Assist in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Post online job postings across multiple platforms, prequalifying applicants and scheduling interviews, applicant communication
- Data entry and maintaining employment records and personnel information
- Maintain and track employee compliance training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years HR administrative experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Punctual and responsible
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
