- Employee Data Management & Data Quality – Performs employee data management and analysis within multiple employee databases. Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete.
- HR Administration – Supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects.
- HR Regulatory Environment & Compliance – Supports data security protocols and maintains consistent practices by following company policies and privacy regulations. Data will include personally identifiable information (PII), confidential business information, and need-to-know topics.
- Process Improvement – Assists in process redesign and simplification initiatives, vendor data integration, and evaluating in/outsourcing opportunities.
- Collaborates with operations managers and corporate functional employees to process employee data changes. This includes core HR tasks.
- Coordinates with subject matter experts to develop process improvement recommendations.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze large sets of data. Looks for patterns or trends, any opportunities for improvement, and engages in the application of approved changes.
- Assists in preparation and maintenance of HR-related documentation, including employee files, policies, best practice documentation, and handbooks.
- Engages in assigned projects, working with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are achieved within the designated timeframes.
- Answers employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other related matters.
- Effectively collaborates within a high-performing team. This is crucial in delivering results aligned with business values.
- Utilizes HR software and systems to maintain employee data, generate reports, and analyze HR metrics.
- Communicates findings in an organized manner and develops recommendations using data analytics.
- Maintains compliance standards and documentation requirements with background checks, drug screens, and EEO programs.
- Assists with implementation processes for HR procedures changes, data system updates, and program improvements.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in an HR-related field
- 3+ years of experience in an HR-related function

As a Human Resources Specialist, you play a vital role in the employee lifecycle by ensuring managers and employees experience a consistent look and feel during the new hire, onboarding, and active employment life cycle stages. In this role, you will apply established best practices to drive successful outcomes. The Human Resources Specialist will guide managers and team members using HR systems and processes. Work under the mentorship of the Employee Relations & Benefits Manager while upholding the capability to function autonomously, necessitating proficiency in data analysis, collaborative teamwork, innovative problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach.
