We are now looking for an HR Process Improvement Manager to join our team.

      What our HR Process Improvement Manager will do

      Reporting to the UK HR Director, you will be joining a busy HR team responsible for supporting a number of UK business segments. We are looking for someone who is able to take ownership of the process improvement agenda by analysing our current system and processes, highlighting where improvements and efficiencies can be made, and then implementing the recommended changes. You will take local and global processes into consideration and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged in the project.

      This is a 12 month fixed term contract initially which will then be reviewed and potentially extended.

      Key responsibilities will include:

      • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR and the local business
      • Conducting process analysis and identifying key areas for improvement
      • Developing processes that bring efficiencies and eliminating those which are ineffective
      • Developing and owning process documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures, training processes and documents
      • Understanding where we can better utilise the master data management system (Workday)
      • Ensuring regular audits of data quality and compliance to improve and close any gaps
      • Measuring the impact of process changes and adjust as required

      What our HR Process Improvement Manager will need

      Essential

      • Experience with HR management systems and process improvement
      • A strong understanding of HRIS and HR-related software
      • A proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
      • To possess excellent project management and change management skills
      • To have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels

      Beneficial

      • Certification in HR or process improvement (e.g., SHRM-CP, Lean Six Sigma)
      • Experience using Workday and ADP Payroll would be advantageous
      • Knowledge of working with Learning Management Systems
