What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop expertise in the employer's HR Services offerings and their impact on workforce management
- Engage with clients to assess HR needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance compliance and employee engagement
- Educate clients on best practices for HR technology adoption and workforce development
- Upsell HR Services solutions using a consultative, value-driven approach
- Monitor sales performance and identify trends to refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client services, preferably within HCM technology or financial services
- Proven ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and effectively sell solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
