      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the administration of HR policies, programs, and projects, including benefits and recruitment
      - Conduct onboarding for new hires and process related paperwork
      - Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance assurance
      - Support the recruitment process by managing the applicant tracking system and conducting phone interviews
      - Provide high-level administrative support to the HR Director, including handling confidential communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two years of college-level coursework in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
      - At least three years of HR experience, including recruitment and benefits administration
      - Proficiency in Adobe, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
      - Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
      - Prior experience supporting a unionized environment
      - Experience with records management
