      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver training programs, including NCCER and Front-Line Supervisor training
      - Maintain NCCER instruction certifications and ensure compliance with training requirements
      - Track training progress for staff and craft personnel
      - Travel to project sites to fulfill training needs, with travel up to 80% of the time
      - Collaborate with project management and other teams to address challenges and maintain project timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and training (required), with OSHA certifications preferred
      - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
      - Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, and travel frequently
      - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for degree
      - NCCER instruction certification and previous training experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills
      - Experience using PowerPoint for training presentations
      - Previous relevant training experience in the construction or utilities sector
