      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with internal/external advertising for vacant/detail positions for DGHP teams, program, and branches
      - Collaborate with senior staff to finalize Position Descriptions and Statements of Work
      - Communicate with Directors and Branch Chiefs for onboarding new staff
      - Submit and track actions related to Performance Management Appraisal Program
      - Assist with data requests for global workforce planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or relevant field
      - Minimum three (3) years of experience in performing HR tasks
      - Ability to obtain a Government Public Trust clearance
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong organization and attention to detail skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with international peoples and cultures
      - Proficiency in CDC's automated administrative systems
      - Knowledge of Federal Government funding sources
