      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave of absence or accommodation process
      - Act as a liaison between employees on leave and their supervisor
      - Launch accommodation requests through Absence Management vendor
      - Monitor and oversee the certification and designation of all leaves of absences and accommodation requests
      - Audit and adjust employee timecards to ensure correct wages, PTO, and bonus payments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar Human Resources Specialist role
      - High School diploma or equivalency certificate required
      - Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
      - Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Apps, Adobe, email, internet, various HRIS/HCM systems)
      - Position is telecommuting approved

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR Certification and/or a college degree in a relatable discipline preferred
      - Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
      - Experience in Property Management or similar organization
      - Positive influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
      - Ability to work from home efficiently and abide by Telecommuting policies
